Our Story
At Old Town Enterprises, our journey began in Sri Lanka, a country rich in natural resources, especially coconut and tea. Sri Lanka is globally recognized for its Ceylon tea, and the tea manufacturing process produces a valuable by-product known as spent tea.
We saw an opportunity to transform this by-product into something meaningful. By combining spent tea with coconut-based materials such as coco peat, we developed innovative growing media designed to support healthier plant growth and improved performance.
